We use your information to provide the PolyChats service, including real-time message translation, push notifications, and account management. Your messages are translated using third-party translation services (DeepL) to enable multilingual communication.
We do not sell your personal data. Message content is shared with DeepL for translation purposes only. We may share data when required by law or to protect our rights.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Files and images are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through the app settings. You may request a full export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
